The provisions of glycogen available in the physics don’t assure a sufficient reintegration during and after a physical activity; it is for this reason that the assumption of the carbohydrates together with some good integrators is fundamental for a constant rendering of the performance.
Moreover, the supplying during the effort allows the glycemie to stabilise, avoiding a sudden diminution of power, which could compromise the performance itself.
The carbohydrates assumption during the activity diminishes the fatigue feeling, due to the glicenics diminution.

A right apportion of amino acids in branched chain is at the base both of strength sport and those of resistance. The so called “branched” allow both the natural development of the muscle mass, useful in strength sports and the right integration to inhibit the strain of the muscles in the final part of the more difficult proofs, satisfying the needs of those who practise sport, both of resistance and strength. In nature, the branched amino acids are available in the milk, in the meat, and in the other food normally consumed. But also in this case, if we have a good quantity of amino acids through a normal alimentation, doing a sportive activity, we should need of a big quantity of calories and the consequent fatigue of the organism.
